1. Can I order photos for more than one child at once? Yes, and we made it easy. On the login page, look for "Did you get another access code?" -- you can enter up to five access codes at once, see all your kids' photos in one place, and combine them into a single order to save on shipping.
2. I got an access card with a code. How do I see my photos? Head to the login page at our gallery link, type in your access code, and hit "Open Album." That's it -- your child's photos will be right there waiting.
3. I got an email with login info. Now what? Use the email address and password from that email to log in through "Customer Login." From there you can browse your gallery, place an order, and check on anything you've already purchased -- all in one spot.
4. How do I check on my order? The quickest way is to click the link in your order confirmation email. You can also log back in anytime and find everything under "My Account."
5. How long does delivery take? It depends on what you ordered and how it's being delivered. Orders that include free school delivery are processed in bulk -- usually within 5 to 10 business days after the order deadline closes. Individual shipping timelines vary by product. Payment needs to go through before we can start processing, so keep an eye on that confirmation email.
6. Will the watermark be on my final photos? Never. The watermark is just there to protect the images while you're browsing. Every photo you order arrives clean, with no logo.
7. What's the print quality like? We hold our print partners to a high standard -- the same one we'd want for our own kids' photos. If anything arrives and it's not right, reach out. We'll make it right.
8. Can I crop or adjust the framing? Yes -- you'll find cropping options in the shopping cart. Just keep an eye on the star indicators, which tell you whether the resolution is strong enough for the size you're ordering. We want your prints to be sharp.
9. I don't order online much. Can you walk me through it? Of course. Open your gallery, click on a photo you love, and select "Order photo." Choose your product, pick your quantity, and add it to your cart. When you're done shopping, click "Cart" in the top right and follow the steps to check out. If you get stuck at any point, just reach out -- we're happy to help.
10. I lost my access code. Can I still order? Yes. Email us with your child's name, grade, and school and we'll get you back in.
11. Are my child's photos private? Completely. Each access code is unique and tied only to your child's gallery. No one else can see your photos without your code. The entire shop is SSL-encrypted.
12. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online shop. Payment is processed at checkout.
13. When will photos be available to view online? Galleries are typically live within 1 to 3 days of picture day. You'll get an email or notification as soon as your child's photos are ready.
14. Can I download digital images? Yes -- digital downloads are available as a product option in the gallery. Once purchased, they're yours to save, print, and share freely.
15. What if I'm not happy with the photos? We stand behind every image we take. If you're not satisfied, we'll make it right -- whether that's a retake, a reprint, or a full refund. Just reach out before placing a new order and we'll sort it.
